Ingredients

45ml Caorunn gin
10ml Red wine vinegar
10ml Watermelon sugar syrup
Top with Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Non Vintage Champagne
4 slices Red apple (chopped)

Method

Crush apple in the bottom of a shaker. Add the first 3 ingredients and shake with ice before straining into a chilled glass and topping with champagne.
