50ml Caorunn Gin
25ml Drambuie liqueur
2.5ml Branca Menta Amaro
15ml Fresh lemon juice
60ml Scotch ale beer
Mix all the ingredients (except beer) in a shaker with ice. Then strain into a Collins glass, add ice and top with beer.
Dehydrated apple with anise candies
