Created in 2018 for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection by Zainary Biju Til at P&C Cocktail Bar, Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ingredients

45ml Caorunn gin
15ml Raspberry puree
15ml Rosemary infused sugar syrup
20ml Fresh lemon juice
70ml Eager Naturally Sweetened Cranberry Juice Drink

Method

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and fine strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice.

Garnish

Dehydrated green apple slice, star anise & rosemary sprig
