Pink Evergreen Boost
Created in 2018 for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection by Lorenzo Varzi, Monboddo Bar/ Sky Bar, Edinburgh, Scotland.
50ml Caorunn Gin
50ml Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
25ml Homemade honey and rosemary syrup
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 splash Schweppes Soda Water
Mix the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a snifter glass over ice before topping with soda.
Salt & brown sugar rim, garnish with rosemary sprig & pink grapefuit wedge
