50ml Caorunn Gin
15ml Berneroy Fine Calvados
20ml Fresh Lemon juice
37.5ml Rose and pomegranate syrup
15ml Pasteurised egg white
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain back into the shaker, before dry shaking (without ice) and fine strain into a wine glass.
