Ingredients

50ml Caorunn Gin
40ml Lagavulin 16 YO Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
30ml Fresh lime juice
40ml Eager Cloudy Pressed Apple juice
Top with Camden Pale Ale

Method

Mix the first four ingredients in a shaker and fine strain into a chilled highball before topping with Camden Pale Ale.
