Created in 2018 for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection by Sean Eden, Sweden.
50ml Caorunn Gin
5ml Chartreuse Verte
1 sprig Rosemary
35ml Fresh lime juice
25ml *Homemade rosemary sugar syrup*
Add chartreuse and rosemary sprig into a glass, light and allow to burn for 5 seconds before extinguishing by covering the glass. Mix the other ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into the prepared glass.
