Ingredients

50ml Caorunn
12.5ml Gomme
12.5ml Lemon juice
Lime wedge x3
Mint

Method

Lightly muddle mint and lime in base of collins glass. Add gin, gomme and lemon juice. Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir with bar spoon. Fill glass with more ice and stir again. Top with soda
