Rosemary simple syrup and Caorunn Gin pair beautifully with tart grapefruit juice in this aromatic and refreshing cocktail. Created by Lorenzo Varzi, from Hilton SKYbar, Edinburgh.


25ml Caorunn Gin
25ml Grapefruit juice
25ml Rosemary syrup


Shake all the ingredients, strain into the sugar and salted glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with club soda.
