Created in collaboration with Hotel du Vin for the Caorunn Gin Garden, Edinburgh

Ingredients

25ml Caorunn
12.5ml Lemon juice
Gomme
Prosecco
Apple or lemon sorbet (optional)

 

Method

Shake Caorunn, lemon juice and a bar spoon gomme, double strain into flute and top with Prosecco 

Garnish

Garnish with melon ball of apple sorbet or lemon sorbet
