45ml Caorunn Gin
10ml Monin Spicy Mango syrup
10ml Elderflower syrup
15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
40ml Sparkling mineral water
Mix the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice before fine straining into a chilled coupe glass. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
