Caorunn Mint Julep

The term "julep" is generally defined as a sweet drink, traditionally served in silver or pewter cups.


50ml Caorunn Gin
20ml sugar
10 mint leaves
1 dash peach bitters
1 dash dandelion and burdock bitters


Add all ingredients to a julep cup. Add crushed ice and stir. Add more crushed ice so you have a nice mound on top
