Bee's Fizz

Created in 2018 by Joel John Timis of Nizza Restaurant at the Sofitel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection 2018. 

Ingredients

50ml Caorunn Gin
20ml *Homemade sour mix*
10ml Runny Honey
2 dashes Orange bitters
50ml Tonic water

Method

Mix the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain ingredients back into the shaker and dry shake (without ice) before straining into a chilled wine glass and topping with tonic water.

To make *homemade sour mix*
30 ml Fresh lemon
30 ml Fresh lime
1oz Orange blossom water
1 Fresh egg white

Garnish

Lemon zest twist
