Created in 2018 for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection by Kiettisak Saleephan at Club No.43, Phuket, Thailand.
45ml Caorunn Gin
30ml Pressed Apple juice
30ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Homemade rosemary & sugar syrup
30ml Egg white
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain back into shaker and dry shake (without ice) before straining into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
