Created by Enrico Calzuola from the Experience Cafe, Rocca Imperiale, Italy for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection 2018.

Ingredients

50ml Caorunn Gin
30ml Pressed apple juice
20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml Homemade rosemary & cinnamon sugar syrup
3 drops Spiced apple bitters

 

Method

Mix all ingredients in shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass.
