50ml Caorunn Gin
30ml Pressed apple juice
20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml Homemade rosemary & cinnamon sugar syrup
3 drops Spiced apple bitters
Mix all ingredients in shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass.
