Almond Gin Fizz
Devised by Ervin Trykowski.
Ingredients
37 ½ml Caorunn Gin
12 ½ml violet liqueur (Bitter truth)
25ml lemon juice
12 ½ml orgeat syrup
2 cardamon pods
egg white
Method
Muddle cardamon, add remaining ingredients then dry shake and wet shake. Serve in a collins glass, top with soda
