Highland 75

Caorunn GMC Highland 7 with bottle

We’ve deconstructed the classic French 75 cocktail and added a Caorunn twist to create the Highland 75.

This serve combines the fresh, clean notes of Gin Master’s Cut with fruity, floral ingredients and is topped off with a splash of Champagne.

The Highland 75 is an exceptionally balanced and well-crafted drink which ingeniously reflects the quality of the spirit.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Caorunn Gin Master’s Cut
  • 10ml Cocchi Americano
  • 10ml pressed apple juice
  • Splash of Champagne (or premium sparkling wine)

Method

  1. Shake everything apart from the Champagne in a shaker with ice before double straining into a chilled glass. Top with Champagne.
  2. Garnish with a skewered slither of Granny Smith apple peel
