So, we've created 4 delicious cocktails that are designed to be savoured. These unique recipes offer something for every gin lover and are sure to get your taste buds tingling this World Gin Day.

Fresh Gin Fizz

With more and more drinkers now solely drinking on meaningful occasions, we’ve created the tantalising Fresh Gin Fizz cocktail as the perfect addition to your summertime celebrations.


  • 50ml Caorunn Classic
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 egg white
  • Top with soda or prosecco

Glass: High ball

Garnish: Lemon peel

Method: Dry shake all ingredients apart from the soda/prosecco, then wet shake them (add ice). Double strain into a high ball glass with ice and top with soda/prosecco.

Basil and Spice

As many of us are drinking less than we used to, we are increasingly looking for interesting and unique flavours from the drinks we do have. Enjoy Caorunn Gin in a way you never have before with this fun and spicy cocktail.


  • 40ml Caorunn Classic
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 3 slices of jalapeño (increase or decrease to taste)
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 12ml sugar syrup (increase or decrease to taste)

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Basil leaf

Method: Shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass.

Caorunn Collins

With more and more adults in the UK opting for a healthier lifestyle, the Caorunn Collins offers maximum flavour without the high sugar content.


  • 35ml Caorunn Classic
  • 25ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • Top with soda water

Glass: Collins

Garnish: Grapefruit wedge

Method: Build all ingredients in the glass and top with soda water.

Raspberry Contessa

This is our unique take on a negroni, designed to be sipped and savoured. 


  • 30ml Caorunn Scottish Raspberry Gin
  • 30ml Aperol
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Orange peel

Method: Stir all ingredients until slightly under diluted, then pour over a large ice block and add garnish.
