Easter really does seem to be ‘all about the kids’, which is fine because we love watching these little faces light up above the metallic glow of a shiny egg found under a tree/bush/plant pot/the neighbour’s wheelbarrow on Easter Sunday.  However, this Easter we’re making this long weekend as much about treats for the adults as treats for the children.  

St Patrick’s Day is celebrated every year on March 17th, honouring the Irish patron saint, Saint Patrick. The celebrations are largely Irish culture themed and typically consist of wearing green, parades, and drinking. However, with Ireland’s proximity to our home here in Scotland we felt it was only fitting that we created a Caorunn Gin cocktail to toast the day.
