This is a really classic style gin drink with a Caribbean twist. The Falernum adds spicy warmth to the drink.

Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
  • 12.5ml Falernum
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 25ml Lillet Blanc

Glass

  • Martini glass

Garnish

  • Lime twist

Method

  • Add all ingredients and stir and serve into a chilled Martini glass.
