This is a really classic style gin drink with a Caribbean twist. The Falernum adds spicy warmth to the drink.

- 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
- 12.5ml Falernum
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Lillet Blanc

Method
- Add all ingredients and stir and serve into a chilled Martini glass.
