The Heather Martini

The Heather Martini is a twist on the famous Smoky Martini, combining the heather botanicals of Caorunn with the smoky Scottish flavours of Talisker and the heather sweetness of Drambuie. The cocktail has great depth of flavour and complexity, and will appeal to established, predominantly male Martini drinkers.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Caorunn Gin
  • 20ml Drambuie
  • 5ml Talisker (or any other smoky Malt)

Glass

  • 6oz Martini/cocktail glass

Garnish

Method

  • Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
