The Blush Apple Martini

The Blush Apple is a sweet fruity light Martini, targeted at female consumers. The pressed apple juice and shaken raspberries produce a ‘blush’ colour and appealing fruity fragrance. A good entry point for female consumers to Caorunn.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Caorunn Gin
  • 50ml Pressed apple juice
  • 5ml Gomme
  • 3 Raspberries

Glass

  • 6oz Martini/cocktail glass

Garnish

  • Some raspberries

Method

  • Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. (Do not muddle raspberries.)
