Roasted Thyme Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml Caorunn Gin
  • Egg white
  • 25ml Gomme
  • 1/4 Red apple
  • 25ml Lemon juice

Glass

  • Rocks glass

Garnish

  • Apple chevron

Method

  • Burn thyme sprig under rocks glass. Dry shake all ingredients, then wet shake and pour into glass with ice.
