  • 5ml Absinthe
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 8 Basil leaves
  • 12.5ml Rosemary gomme

Glass

  • Brandy balloon

Garnish

  • Basil leaf, lemon twist garnish

Method

  • Shake and single strain.
