  • 25ml Caorunn Gin
  • 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 25ml Goose Island IPA (flat)
  • 25ml Noilly Prat dry

Glass

  • Martini glass

Garnish

  • Grapefruit zest

Method

  • Stir over ice, single strain.
