A spicy floral twist on a classic gin drink. The smooth texture created using egg white.

Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
  • Egg white
  • 12.5ml Orgeat syrup
  • 2 Cardamon pods
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 12.5ml The Bitter Truth – Crème de Violette

Glass

  • Collins glass

Garnish

  • Orange Zest

Method

  • Muddle cardamon, add remaining ingredients then dry shake and wet shake. Serve in a Collins glass, top with soda.
