Ingredients
- 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
- Egg white
- 12.5ml Orgeat syrup
- 2 Cardamon pods
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 12.5ml The Bitter Truth – Crème de Violette

Garnish
Method
- Muddle cardamon, add remaining ingredients then dry shake and wet shake.
Serve in a Collins glass, top with soda.
