Caorunn Tea Punch
Punch comes from the Hindhi word Panch, meaning 5. There should be 5 components for any punch.
50ml Freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice
50ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
50ml Ginger syrup
200ml Green cardamom and cinnamon infused black tea
Makes approximately 6 servings
Add all ingredients to a punch bowl and fill with ice.
For the tea: brew a strong mug of tea, add 6-8 green cardamom pods and two cinnamon sticks. Leave to cool and strain into punch bowl (diluted and sweetened to taste)
Star anise, slices of red apple and some pink peppercorns
