Caorunn Cider Flip
Created by Lee McIlhone at The WestRoom, Edinburgh, Scotland for the Caorunn Cocktail Collection 2018.
50ml Caorunn Gin
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
30ml *Cider & cinnamon syrup*
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, then dry shake (without ice) into a chilled coupe.
*To make Cider & Cinnamon syrup (heat equal parts sugar & cider in a saucepan with a pinch of cinnamon for every 100ml)
Line of Angostura Bitters across surface. Use pick to manipulate into wave pattern and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon
