  • 25ml Caorunn Gin
  • 15ml Sommerset cider brandy
  • 25ml Fentimans tonic water
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Cherry bitters
  • 15ml Gancia Bianco

Glass

  • Coupette glass

Garnish

  • Lemon zest

Method

  • Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass.
