The Dandelion Martini

The Dandelion Martini was inspired by the hint of sharpness that Dandelion brings to Caorunn. Using the yellow colour of the dandelion flower also complements the other Martini’s in the collection, and the Caorunn palette. A sweet sharp fresh Martini, perfect for male and female consumers.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Caorunn Gin
  • 12.5ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Limoncello

Glass

  • 6oz Martini/cocktail glass

Garnish

  • Fresh lemon zest (curled)

Method

  • Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
