Ingredients

  • 35ml Caorunn Gin
  • 50ml Grapefruit juice
  • 100ml Orange juice
  • 15ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 5 drops Peychaud bitters

Glass

  • 12oz Highball glass

Garnish

  • Zest fresh grapefruit over the top

Method

  • Shake all and strain over cubed ice in a chilled glass and zest fresh grapefruit over the top.
