Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
  • 25ml Rhubarb gomme
  • 12.5ml Dubonett
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Briotette Poppy liqueur
  • Egg white
  • 25ml Pressed apple juice

Glass

  • Martini glass

Garnish

  • Basil leaf

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a Boston Shaker.
