Pale Frances

White with a pink tinge and a nuance of sweetness. The least sweet of the recipes, it’s a great flavour for those who don’t like their drinks too sweet. The garnish adds a real splash of colour and contrast against the colour of the drink.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Caorunn Gin
  • 75ml Pink Grapefruit juice
  • 5 drops Orange bitters
  • 75ml Lemonade/Sprite
  • 15ml Maraschino liqueur

Glass

  • 12oz Highball glass

Garnish

  • Pink/red grapefruit wheel

Method

  • Shake all except lemonade and strain over cubed ice in a chilled glass and top with lemonade.
