Margaret’s Blush

It has a beautiful blush colour and medium sweetness. Really smooth on the palate, you can use champagne instead of soda to ‘upgrade’ this drink.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Caorunn Gin
  • 50ml Soda (or Champagne)
  • 15ml Triple Sec
  • 5 drops Orange bitters
  • 50ml Cranberry juice
  • 50ml Pineapple juice

Glass

  • 12oz Highball glass

Garnish

  • Orange & pineapple slice

Method

  • Shake all ingredients except the soda/Champagne, strain over cubed ice in a chilled glass and top with the soda/Champagne.
