Margaret’s Blush
It has a beautiful blush colour and medium sweetness. Really smooth on the palate, you can use champagne instead of soda to ‘upgrade’ this drink.

Ingredients
- 35ml Caorunn Gin
- 50ml Soda (or Champagne)
- 15ml Triple Sec
- 5 drops Orange bitters
- 50ml Cranberry juice
- 50ml Pineapple juice

Method
- Shake all ingredients except the soda/Champagne, strain over cubed ice in a chilled glass and top with the soda/Champagne.
