Ginger Love

A golden red, fruity drink. Zesty ginger and grapefruit complement each other in this spicy cocktail.

Ingredients

  • Caorunn Gin
  • 1 barspoon Campari
  • 35ml Ruby Grapefruit juice
  • 15ml Agave Nectar
  • 2mm Root Ginger
  • 15ml King’s Ginger Liqueur

Glass

  • Martini glass

Garnish

  • 2mm thick slice of fresh Root Ginger on rim of glass

Method

  • First add root ginger and muddle, next add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with cubed ice. Fine Strain into glass and serve.
