Gin & Mulled Wine Sour

Ingredients
- 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
- Egg white
- Elmegirab's Christmas Bitters
- 12.5ml Gomme
- 25ml Mulled wine
- 25ml Lemon juice
Glass
Garnish
- Cinnamon bark, cloved orange zest
Method
- Dry shake then wet shake all ingredients then serve in a tall glass with lots of cubed ice.
