Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Caorunn Gin
  • Egg white
  • Elmegirab's Christmas Bitters
  • 12.5ml Gomme
  • 25ml Mulled wine
  • 25ml Lemon juice

Glass

  • Tall glass

Garnish

  • Cinnamon bark, cloved orange zest

Method

  • Dry shake then wet shake all ingredients then serve in a tall glass with lots of cubed ice.
