Margaret’s Blush
It has a beautiful blush colour and medium sweetness. Really smooth on the palate, you can use champagne instead of soda to ‘upgrade’ this drink.
Ingredients
- 35ml Caorunn Gin
- 15ml Triple sec
- 50ml Cranberry juice
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 50ml Soda / champagne
- 5 drops Fee orange bitters

Method
- Shake all ingredients except the soda/champagne, strain over cubed ice in a chilled glass and top with the soda/champagne.
