Margaret’s Blush

It has a beautiful blush colour and medium sweetness. Really smooth on the palate, you can use champagne instead of soda to ‘upgrade’ this drink.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Caorunn Gin
  • 15ml Triple sec
  • 50ml Cranberry juice
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
  • 50ml Soda / champagne
  • 5 drops Fee orange bitters

Glass

  • 12oz Highball Glass

Garnish

  • Orange & pineapple slice

Method

  • Shake all ingredients except the soda/champagne, strain over cubed ice in a chilled glass and top with the soda/champagne.
