Ingredients

50ml Caorunn Gin
20ml Elderflower cordial
75ml Pressed apple juice
50ml Ginger ale
5drops Angostura bitter

Glass

12oz Highball Glass

Garnish

Sliced apple

Build over cubed ice in a chilled glass.
