Caorunn Gin is made with only the finest pure grain spirit and natural Scottish water for a crisp, dry, aromatic taste that is a pleasure on the palate.
First the pure grain spirit is triple distilled, then vaporised at a leisurely pace. The care and attention we give to our distillation process is an essential part of the preparation for infusing the uniquely balanced botanical flavours into Caorunn Gin, which is a quadruple distilled Scottish Gin.
The Gin Master then loads the handpicked botanicals onto the trays of our unique Copper Berry Chamber.
The slow pace of Caorunn Gin passing up through the Copper Berry Chamber allows the vapours to be saturated with sumptuous subtle fresh aromatics and flavours.
The outcome is a Scottish Gin perfectly balanced with 11 botanicals, no single aroma overpowering another, delivering a multi-layered aromatic taste adventure that sets Caorunn apart from all other gins.
Caorunn is a Scottish Gin, made at Balmenach Distillery in the Speyside Region of the Scottish Highlands with the highest care and attention and it meets all the technical requirements of the “London Gin” category.
